Project History

The Seine-Nord Europe Canal Project, a vision nearly five decades in the making, represents one of the most ambitious and transformative infrastructure initiatives in Europe. The project's origins trace back to the limitations of the Canal du Nord, a narrow-gauge waterway completed in the 1960s. Even at the time of its completion, the Canal du Nord was deemed insufficient for the growing transport needs due to its limited capacity.

Copper is known for its excellent ability to conduct electricity and heat. Thus making it a vital resource in the advancement of both modern electronics and communities and crucial for increased electrification.

A desire to bring social, cultural and economic links closer across Europe is drawing ever nearer thanks to the stunningly complex Lyon-Turin rail project. While Lyon, located in central eastern France, and Turin, in northern Italy, are relatively close, the sticking point is what has historically separated them – the Alps!
 

Waste foil is one of the harder materials to recycle and most of the time it is sent for incineration. BusinessWaste.co.uk however, have successfully created a route for recycling that turns polymer-based label waste and foil printing waste into new recycled products.

On the other hand, the waste from paper labels is shredded, blended, and turned into recycled paper of various grades.

For the "Wysoka" wind farm in Poland, the Swedish wind farm developer OX2 has placed an order with the Nordex Group for the supply of eleven N149/5.X turbines. Additionally, the order includes a 30-year Premium Service for the turbines.

In the north-west of Poland, approximately 125 kilometres to the south-east of Koszalin will be the site of the 63 MW "Wysoka" wind farm. The N149/5.X turbines, mounted on tubular steel towers with 125-meter hub heights, will be provided by the Nordex Group
